FAQ'S

WHAT TO EXPECT

MOVE: Think of a blend of Pilates, barre, and conditioning dancers do to stay strong. It's done on the mat, with some small equipment like bands & weights. We have progressions & regressions so it's good for everyone.

GLIDE: A lot of control-based moves, with active stretching & exploring range of motion. We use gliders here, with some additional equipment sometimes. It's great if you feel stiff, want to improve flexibility and gain more movement range in the body. 

​

DANCE: A fun & lighthearted setting, with dim lights & great music to dance to. You are led into specific dance moves throughout the whole class, and when the beat in the music drops, you will have a chance to dance however you like. This is a party, and you don't have to know any dance moves to join in. 

​

All classes are done without mirrors, because we want you to explore how Synchronising feels more than how it looks. â€‹

WHAT TO WEAR & BRING

For all classes, wear comfy clothing to exercise / move in. 

​

We do class barefoot, or in grip socks if you prefer. 

​

We always provide everything you need for the class. We also offer sweat towels if you need. 

​

Bring your water bottle, so you can fill it up at our studios.

​

Our Primrose Hill location doesn't have a shower, sorry - it's a gallery! 

CLASS RULES & POLICIES

We have a 24hr cancellation policy for all classes and events. 

​

We welcome all people in our spaces and nurture diversity in our spaces. Discrimination will not be tolerated. 

​

We start all of our classes on time - please arrive early. No late comers (even 1 minute) will be allowed to participate in Synchronising. 

​

We reserve an hour for all classes, but they are roughly 50 minutes each. 

​

Please be mindful when using devices in our classes, and if you're capturing content - please check with us before so we make sure everyone feels ok. 

​

Some of our classes & events might be photographed & recorded for promotion. We will let you know when that happens, & if you don't want to be a part of that, totally cool - we will make sure to not capture you. 

​

We might ask you to sign a health waiver - please remember you agree to our terms & conditions when participating. This is mainly about making sure you're all good to participate in class, and that you agree to how we run our project. 

MANAGING YOUR BOOKINGS 

You can cancel your bookings through the platform you used to sign up for class or event. 

​

If you booked on our website, go to My Account. 

If you booked Shoreditch, manage via Momence. 

​

If you booked an event via Luma, use the Luma page to manage your booking. 

CLASSPASS BOOKINGS 

ClassPass booking spaces might be limited, so feel free to check our website for extra spots. 

​

We cannot change or manage your booking in any way if you used ClassPass.
