WHAT IS SYNCHRONISING?

Synchronising is a new movement technique, for fitness and dance training. 

It was developed in 2019 by professional dancers, and includes element of dance, HIIT, yoga, Pilates and somatics.

WHAT DO I NEED FOR ONLINE CLASS?

For all online classes

+ Zoom on PC / Mac 

+ Sport headphones for best experience 

 

For MOVE

+ a yoga mat

+ light weights (0.5-2kg) & heavy weights (3kg+)

+ small Pilates / barre ball 

+ long resistance band & loop band

For DANCE

+ Space to move in (2 yoga mats worth minimum) 

+ Grip socks if you don't want to dance barefoot 

WHAT DO I NEED FOR STUDIO CLASS?

Nothing. All equipment and mats are provided.

We do class barefoot or in grip socks. No trainers allowed. 

​

Bring water. Wear comfortable clothing. Bring earplugs if you're sensitive to sound.
